Edit /etc/apt/sources.list.  Change the `woody' or `stable' to
`sarge' or `testing' (depending whether you're after Debian 3.1 or
always-running-something-close-to-the-bleeding-edge).  Then run apt-get
dist-upgrade.  Then try to figure out which bits broke and file bugs ;-)
