We're currently trying with Manuel Serrano (upstream author) to locate the
problem, but that does not appear easy. He would like to investigate
himself, but unfortunately he does not have access to an ia64 box.

Would it be possible to grant him temporary access to an ia64 build box ?

Best regards,
