You will build and test in one of the chroots, accessed by dchroot
(probably the unstable chroot so `dchroot unstable`). If that chroot
is missing build or runtime dependencies, send mail to
debian-admin@lists.debian.org with a space separated list of the
things you want installed. Someone will install them and let you
know.
