Hmmh, I wonder whether that doesn't point to an ELF-loader, or, less
likely, a toolchain, bug.  The ELF-loader in XFree86 should be
completely isolated from libc, so I can't think of a good reason why
things would fail after upgrading libc.  OTOH, the latest libc does
add thread-local storage (TLS) support and NPTL, so perhaps that ends
up breaking something.
