compartment: rebuild needed due to broken buildd env

Hi,

Package compartment 1.1-4 failed to build on ia64 due to #191114, and an
RC bug was filed against the package. Could any porter issue a rebuild
to have it in sync?

Anyway the bug should be closed as it was a buildd problem.
