Bug#1029072: debian-i18n: Square characters in Virtual Terminal instead of cyrillic
Package: debian-i18n
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,
Situation is here after reconfiguring keyboard and condole settings. Before
that no letters(only figures) could have been typed in virtual consoles(VTs).
I reconfigured keyboard and console and Latin letters could be typed in, but
not Cyrillic.
Outcome: now I partly solved the problem: I can login in via VTs with Latin
latters and should launch 'setupcon' each time after logging-in to type with
Cyrillic and see cyrillic in names of files and folders. Moreover, setupcon
says: The keyboard model is unknown, assuming 'pc105'. But the keyboard
configured as 'pc104', as it saved in config.
Expectation: Cyrillic could be typed in for logins, commands in VTs, and could
be seen in names of folders and files right after installation of the
distribution.
