Hi,

 please provide HTML pages (such as this [1] or this [2]) to list the package
descriptions that had been translated but aren't anymore because the description has
been modified (e.g. a trivial typo fixed by maintainer causes the loss of the whole
translation).
Unfortunately the translators have no possibility to fetch this type of descriptions
and the number of losses is very large if compared with "real" translations; this is
a very sad situation and a waste of lot of work :(
E.g. for "pt" language we have 2425 complete translations in DDTP and 1877 formerly
translated descriptions  (>77% ...) [3]
An indicative patch is attached ("something" words are not so explanatory).

Note that the query is the same as that which gathers the counts displayed in [3]
(numbers between round brackets).
