I maintain documentation in po4a format, e.g. in goobox I maintain the
man page in po4a (GNOME does not have any facilities for translating
man pages).

However, goobox does not appear on
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po4a/

Yesterday I noticed this too. This page is "new", i.e. much expanded
since the last time I looked at it.
