Among other things, Lucas reminded readers that it could still be possible to submit talks for <a href="http://debconf13.debconf.org/">DebConf13, in Vaumarcus, Switzerland</a>, and called for the creation of a Debian trademark team, handling the trademark use requests that are being received following the publication of the <a href="$(HOME)/trademark#policy">Debian trademark policy</a>.
