Intent to help for l10n coordination of debhelper documentation translation

Dear Debian maintainer,
The debhelper Debian package, which you are the maintainer of, has its
documentation available in three languages. The i18n team would like to
help providing those documentation up to date in the next stable release.
In your Git repository, the stats are:

I'd be happy to send a translation call in order to have them all
up-to-date in time, and will “git send-email” the update to you if
translators don't already have write commit access. I would appreciate
an acknowledgment from you (e.g. I will obviously hold on if you intend
to update the documentation strings in a near future), and will then
send a call for translation with a ten days deadline.
Especially until Wheezy is released (but also after if we find an
acceptable workflow about it), I'd like to make sure the translations
will be kept up to date, and will send the needed translation calls when
the documentation change.
With some packages, in order not to hold the development, we create an
l10n branch before (but we could do it also after) an upload, and only
fix translations in that branch, that can be uploaded when it's ready
(unless a new main upload came up in the mean time of course). I'll
anyway follow your lead for the most appropriate workflow about your
package. Ultimately, we would appreciate a string freeze before Wheezy,
of course, but we could start now to keep things up to date.
