Aha, that was not really obvious. I was roughly assuming that changing
the setting in ddtss-setup would be enough.

And I intend to disable them unless I hear some very loud noise from
the German l10n team AND a good rationale about why anon contribs are
wished (just "we have someone who prefers working this way" is not enough).

OK, we'll see. Still, I really wish to minimize the use of anon
contributions. Rhonda had a very good rationale about that.
