retitle 611532 DDTP - please improve format check for incoming emails

Dear Christian,

i am sorry for hitting the return button to fast. I am CCing you because
I believe you know how to get the source and who can help best.

Working with the DDTP mail interface I found three issues. All of them

can be reproduced with the attached file. (I already corrected thedescription).


- The number of paragraphs can be changed.
- Lines longer than 80 characters are accepted.

- A line containing just two spaces and a period (" .") shouldn't beaccepted

  as well.
