New template available in sid/experimental: openvas-plugins-dfsg

Hi all,

In order to fix #566677 a new Debconf template was introduced in the
openvas-plugins-dfsg package. The latest version uploaded includes
this Debconf template and has, of course, support for translations
through the use of po-debconf.

All those teams that would like to provide translations, please do so
through the BTS. I will reupload the package when I've received a
number of translations. Initially my target would be end of this month
(April 25th).

Sorry for the new translation required, but I had to fix the RC bug :)
