Actually, to correct what I just wrote 30 minutes ago, I just noticed
the modified templates for ddclient. My daily check of French
translation health notified me of a fuzzy string popping up.

Indeed, when the maintainer built this package, (s)he probably got 1
fuzzy in ALL translations. In such case, a (recently introduced)
lintian warning appeared to suggest that a translation update round
would be a good idea (as having ALL translations incomplete implies in
99.99% of cases a change in templates without any attempt to update
translations).

In such cases, I generally take this as an opportunity to review
templates. But those for ddclient have already been reviewed!

So, as the package has already been uploaded and no review is needed,
the only action left to translators is to send updates on their
own.
