- From pt_BR l10n team it is fine either way.  I do
prefer the full locale, but as Christian mentioned,
some places may not accept the underline (like
packages names).  For the rest, if we can convert
(like apt-howto, maint-guide, quick-ref,
securing-howto), I am all for the common scheme. :)
