status of ddtp.debian.net

Hi All,

I'm not sure is this a correct place to ask but is ddtp.debian.net down? I'd like to start translating but I can't access this site (server is timing out). I have also sent an email to pdesc@ddtp.debian.net to get translations but it is bouncing back with following details:

Is there any other way that I can help with translations?
