I follow Nicolas on this. IMHO we should not have non native packages there
*at all*. Doing so, we are creating the "Rosetta syndrom" and
mistakenly lead potential translators to think it is good to translate
this material in Debian.

OTOH, there are packages where maintainers and upstream agree that it
is good to use the Debian i18n workforce to get their localization
work done. These would first need to be identified (maybe an
X-something header in debian/control?)....then could be included in
that page....probably after the native packages.

But, really, I see nearly no point in offering that bunch of material
which is more frightening than anything really helpful.
