Steve, you were fine pointing that irony (so, no need to apologize: you
did not misunderstood anything) and, indeed, you pointed something I
wanted to explain publicly: the fact that being "recognized" as the i18n
"leader" I might somewhat censor initiatives without even wanting to do it.
