I guess that "--languageteam" wasn't used. So, the reminder messages did
not appear in l10n teams mailing lists. As a consequence, if a former
translator isn't available, the translation is likely to remain
uncompleted while having the l10n team CC'ed allows a team coordinator
(formal or not) to take the issue over and backup the former translator.
