bug in http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi
Hello,
I found a bug in http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi, but I don't know how
to report this bug(there is no bug report information in
ddtp.debian.net), so I post it here
ddt.cgi does not quote the chinese transtion correctly, for example:
http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=42227&language=zh_CN
the source code is in [1], in the translation part, he break a Chinese
UTF-8 character into two part, and quote the second part with
&#<CODE>;, and leave first part broken, please fix it.
