auctex 11.83-8: Please translate debconf PO for the package auctex

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
auctex. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

auctex already includes translations for:
cs de es fr gl it ja nl pt pt_BR ru

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
