debconf PO translations for the package portmap

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
portmap. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

portmap already includes translations for:
cs da de es eu fr gl it ja nl pt pt_BR ru sv uk vi

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
