debconf PO translations for the package gpm

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
gpm. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

gpm already includes translations for:
ar ca cs da de es fr gl nl pt pt_BR ru sv vi

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
