debconf PO translations for the package glibc

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
glibc. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

glibc already includes translations for:
ca cs da de el es eu fi fr gl it ja ko lt nl pl pt pt_BR ro ru sv tr uk vi
zh_CN.

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
