Hello,
I have just finished updating the Romanian translation of the release notes
(based on 1.155 English version). I have tested that it compiles for all arches
and I would like someone to commit it in CVS.

The translation is only partly reviewed so I expect more updates, but I think I
am going to do those in the next update.
