Switching between several layouts and using advanced options like the
Composite key.

In localization-config the keyboard for Czech was configured as "us"
and by pressing both shifts you would get to "cz qwerty" variant. This
switch was indicated by Scroll lock LED.

Now xorg postinst sets "cz" layout (definitely valid and official,
although some might argue about Z <-> Y), but no switching to "us".

By looking to the localization-config one can conclude the similar is
true for other languages.
