Man pages translations for the package adduser

The adduser package maintainers plan a two-shot upload to the package.

First, pretty soon, an upload will happen to fix the existing but incomplete
translations.

Then, about 10 days later, another upload is planned to include new
translations (for debconf, programs and man pages).

adduser man pages already includes es.po fr.po it.po pl.po pt_BR.po ru.po sv.po.

So do not translate it to these languages (the translators will be
contacted separately).

Please send the updated file as a wishlist bug against adduser.

The deadline for receiving the updated translation is March 15th 23:59 UTC.

If you have read so far, please find the POT file in attachement.
