I checked out the module, created /vi and copied the en/Makefile into it. Then I ran "make update-po".

This will not run if your path contains any directory name with a space in it, as mine did. I had to go back and change directory names.

The command then ran, and created the PO file, but it contained only the header and one untranslatable string:

Can I do anything to fix this, and get a valid PO file for the release notes? I have "onsgmls" in my PATH, but I don't know if this is the package mentioned.
