Yep, now it works better. Nevertheless there are more content types
without semicolon:
For example http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=8&getuntrans=de
uses text/plain charset=utf-8. The same happens for getpountrans=de.
Maybe you should search in your code to find more such occurrences.
