CANCELLING NMU for the dvi2ps package

Ohura Makoto has uploaded a fixed version of dvi2ps.
Please, from now, send your l10n updates to the BTS and not directly
to me.
Sorry for the mess: it seems that my initial mails may have been
missed by the maintainer.
