10 more languages added to the Debian Installer packages

I'm hereby very proud to announce that, during the talk of Joey Hess,
Holger Levsen, Frans Pop and myself, I managed to hit the "Enter" key
to "release" 10 more languages from the PROSPECTIVE jail (to make it
attractive, I did the commit *while* I was talking about l10n).

This means that, from now, after using Vietnamese as a test case, we
have added Malagasy, Hindi, Macedonian, Tagalog, Belarusian, Punjabi,
Esperanto, Wolof, Xhosa, Estonian to the mainstream:

This was very well received *during* the talk. Of course, the talk
itself was very well received by our attendants, just like the
informal BOF/meeting that followed.

During the following hours, Joey rebuilt a lot of d-i packages so that
these translations should now be available from the daily builds, at
least for the initrd packages.

So, the official count for supported languages is now 52 including
English.

We have a special case for Northern Sami, which is kept listed in
localechooser even if there are no translation. This is historical log
for Skolelinux needs.

The PROSPECTIVE languages are now restricted to Serbian, Sami, Irish
and Kazakh.
