Link is not work.
The requested URL /~barbier/l10n/material/po/unstable/non-US/main/t/tripwire/debian/po/tripwire_2.3.1.2.0-2.2_templates.pot.gz was not found on this server.

Indeed, users' pages have been disabled on this server, and IIRC I do no
more have access to it, so you have to download the source package.

I was download the source package.
But other links, example

is OK.
