D-I translation migrating to a "single file" model

As recently announced in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2004/08/msg00988.html, the process
for moving towards a central PO file for all Debian Installer packages
po-debconf translations has started.

French translations have been moved and I'm currently heavily testing
the l10n-sync script (in scripts/l10n-utilities in D-I source tree)
which does all the magic.

I suggest that all translation teams discuss the way they plan to
handle the change, and specifically the fact that the work won't be
splittable package per package anymore when a team makes the switch.

I will encourage l10n teams to make the switch as this enforces the
general consistency of D-I translations, but the change may require a
slightly different approach. In any case, you all will have time for
handling the switch.

I repeat : only "fr" has been switched (and the switch is reversible
anyway)-->other teams currently still have ot use the good old method
for D-I translations.
