Where to find templates for stage 2 translations?

Hi

I am translating debian-installer. I can't find out how to get templates for 
second stage programs.

- From [1] i find:

But there is no information on how to get new or updated templates.
I find some templates at [2]. But aptitude for instance is not listed there.
