For sure a -l10n-russian list would definitely help you guys in
coordinating and progress in russian translation work.

By reading the #223433 log, it seems that manpower exist for improving
russian translations, that's good (and we should thank Ilgiz for his
obstination at translation even if that's not perfect....anyway, I
wouldn't have done better...:-)))

There not much that I can do for helping in getting this list created
as I currently have no clue about who should be buggued about this
(anyway, bugging people is probably not the best way to get things
done).

My first thought ws suggesting you to squatt debian-l18n but that
wouldn't be kind to other translation team who use this list as a
general list about i18n (despite its low traffic).

You probably should set up an alternative list in the meantime, while
223433 isn't closed.
