Good point.  No, it haven't been discussed.  It haven't occurred to me
that it is a good idea either.  But it sounds like a good idea.  The
normal ASCII representation for the Norwegian characters are æ -> ae,
ø -> oe and å -> aa.  I guess documenting in the locale is a good
idea.  I guess the main reason why I haven't considered it is that I
was not aware that it was possible to include such code in the locale.
