LATEX 'euc-kr.def' not found
Any one have idea where to fix this?

When I try to compile Korean with latex,

! LaTeX Error: File `euc-kr.def' not found.

When I try to compile Japanese with latex,
(./apt-howto-ja.aux
! Package babel Error: You haven't defined the language english yet.
