We could make then a .deb package of all the .po template files
(i.e. .pot files).

Or we could make a list of packages having .po files and put it in the
web pages.

Or we could arrange a small repository of .po files in a ftp.debian.org
subdirectory.


But putting the .pot files as a part of the ordinary binary package would
not be the right thing to do.
