Just to comment on the actual problem, just to take this example:

That's because we binNMU-ed the zlib package to get the i686 processor
improvement, and thus the amd64 version (1:1.2.11.dfsg-2) is different
from the hurd-i386 version (1:1.2.11.dfsg-2+b1), which is a well-known
issue in Debian which indeed makes installation of cross-ports packages
a problem. Nothing hurd-specific anyway.
