gnome patch to depend on rygel on linux-any only

Hello,

rygel testsuite fails on both kfreebsd-any and hurd-any.
Attached patch makes gnome package not to depend on rygel anymore on
such archs as suggested [0].

Are rygel maintainers and kfreebsd porters ok with proposing it?
