I down loaded Lib0-3.3.2

and I must admit I didn't know which one was right for my computer

Nothing has shown up 

and it just sits and spins like it's working when I click on it in the favorite window, plus I can't stop it.

It just keeps on going, even if I control ault delete and I can' t shut down my computer

please advise
