I'm sorry, i can't replicate this ftbfs on powerpc (and i don't have
access to the other architectures). On my powerpc sid machine, i get a
clean build of 1.25-1 against perl 5.14.2-4 and libgcrypt11 1.5.0-3, and
the buildd's all look fine here with the exception of hurd-i386:

I'm hoping to get access to a hurd machine to try to replicate the
problem.
the failed hurd log shows something that looks suspiciously like a
multi-arch failure (maybe a failure to find and dynamically load
/lib/i386-hurd-gnu/libgcrypt.so.11):

I'm asking on #debian-hurd to see if i can get access to a porterbox,
otherwise, i'll need to make my own hurd-i386 install, which might take
me a few days to get to.
