everything is "Killed"

whenever i enter any command in Hurd shell i get this output:
"Killed". whether i enter "ls" or "reboot" , not matter what, i alway
get "Killed" thrown on me.

if i enter some random junk as a command like "RMS_is_funny"  then
commands start to run correctly but after some time i have to run that
random junk again to clear the next "Killed" i encounter.


also, this is the final-message i get after booting finishes:
