sort of. New errors.

/dev/console: no such file or directory
/hurd/init: /libexec/runsystem exited with status 5
/libexec/console-run: /dev/console: no such file or directory
/libexec/console-run: /tmp/console: device or resouce busy
/libexec/console-run: using temporary console /tmp/console

Result, a munged console. Example.
# ./native-install
....
.ntv-ntl: Command not found

Not a very helpful answer. Using Marcus' cross-install and dpkg-hurd.

Has anyone identified the package behind this?

Phil.
