Uninstallable packages

Hi,
on GnuFans[1] there is a link to something called *Uninstallable
packages*, wich is broken[2] ( I'm behind a proxy, but I really think
its broken. Can someone test this, please? ). The description below
the link reads:

"Many packages depend on these uninstallable packages. So building one
of them will allow other to be build too."

Is there a list with something like that somewere else?
What happens now with the broken link?
