I uploaded passwd_4.0.18.1-5+hurd.1_hurd-i386.deb to ftp.gnuab.org in
the meantime, it should be available to crosshurd now (which takes
packages from gnuab as well).
If this does not work, try to change the passwd line in
/etc/crosshurd/packages/common to "passwd=4.0.18.1-5+hurd.1" (or add the
line if there is none already).
