The tcsh package doesn't build on the Hurd because MACH is defined but tcsh uses it for other architectures, which results in some definitions included from <netdb.h> being wrongly redefined.

The attached patch just adds a #ifndef _POSIX_SOURCE before the problematic #ifdef MACH

It's probably not the best way to handle this but I'm not too sure on the way that should be followed here...
