K11 discs - lib0.3

I am having problems with lib0.3_2.3.6-6 which was uploaded a few days 
ago, the timezone info is missing.  Have I missed something and it has 
been separated out.  If so where to?

If this is a bug, do I downgrade or wait for a replacement?
