You will need to boot into your Hurd system to run ./native-install. This
needs to be done twice.

That's my problem. I can't boot into the Hurd system.
My grub have this:
title GNU (kernel GNUmach 1.3)
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/gnumach.gz root=device:hd0s1 -s
module /hurd/ext2fs.static \
--multiboot-command-line=${kernel-command-line} \
--host-priv-port=${host-port} \
--device-master-port=${device-port} \
--exec-server-task=${exec-task} \
-T typed ${root} $(task-create) $(task-resume)
module /lib/ld.so.1 /hurd/exec $(exec-task=task-create)
When I'm trying to boot, the system crash (not responding). the last
thing from the boot process is this message:

ide1 at 0x170-0x177, 0x3f6 on irq 15
