Re: hanging in ./native-install

Hi,

my Hurd system still didn't work. i'm resized Hurd
partition from 1.8 GM to 1.4 GB. but still the last
problem not solved. after installing i run

   $ export TERM=mach
   $ ./dev-install

system works a small time and when it wants to
configure libc-0.3 it shows a message about
configuring time zone and hangs.

my processor is VIA samuel 3 (VIA C3) and i installed
Hurd on /dev/hda9 (1.4GB) and swap is hda10 (384MB)
and my GRUB settings are:

  kernel (hd0,0)/boot/gnumach.gz root=device:hd2s1 -s
  module (hd0,0)/hurd/ext2fs.static \
  --multiboot-command-line=${kernel-command-line} \
  --host-priv-port=${host-port} \
  --device-master-port=${device-port} \
  --exec-server-task=${exec-task} -T typed ${root} \
  $(task-create) $(task-resume)
  module (hd0,0)/lib/ld.so.1 /hurd/exec $(exec-
  task=task-create)

may be my cpu is incompatible or my GRUB settings
are incorrect.
in booting stage this error accured:

start (hd0, 8)/hurd/ext2fs.static:hd04:bad access:
block=28,count=2,bloacked=30,nr_sect=2
end_request: I/O error, dev 03:04, sector 28
Hurd server bootstrap: ext2fs.static[device:hd0s9]exec
init proc auth/libexec/console-run:/dev/console: No
suc file or directory
/libexec/console-run: Using temporary console
/tmp/console
/libexec/runsystem:Running on fallback console
/tmp/console

sincerely
